Vinyasa flow

  • One Breath One Movement — Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes breathing with movement. Vinyasas are fluid sequences of movements that connect each pose (asana) to the next. The Ashtanga Vinyasa practice begins with five repetitions of Sun Salutation A & B (Surya Namaskara), followed by various sequences of postures. It is a dynamic and powerful flow that requires greater breathing control.

  • While focusing on your inhalation and exhalation, your central nervous system is calmed down. It helps to empty the mind and gives you a positive effect on your well-being. This dynamic style of yoga focuses on muscle training and develops physical strength

  • Influenced by the Berlin music scene, I like to unify the different postures with the tempo of Deep House. In my class, you will experience the harmony between movements with the flow of music and breath for a sensation of pure fresh energy flowing in your all body.

yin yoga

  • The quieter you become the more you are able to hear — In Yin Yoga you stretch and target both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body while holding the posture for 3-5 minutes.  After holding the posture, the stress and tension are getting released and you will feel the new energy rising in your body.

  • It is a perfect practice if you want to release the tension and accumulated stress from your daily life. This gentle form of yoga helps to calm the mind and develop your flexibility. You become more aware of your body while finding your edge of comfort. You learn to let go and bring your attention to the present moment. If your body is still your mind can start to be calm as well.

  • Passionate about music, I connect the posture with sounds that will help you to disconnect and let it go. In my Yin Yoga class, I like to work around thematic (targeted body part, meridians, 5 elements, chakras) and strengthen the inner connection with a mindfulness approach.

MEDITATION

  • Meditation is an adventure to the unknown, it is a deeper inner journey — this individual practice helps to center yourself, to feel more at peace, and bring your attention to the present moment. Meditation is training for the brain. It is not about seating cross legs and not thinking but about being fully present, observing the thoughts, and don’t let them take over. With meditation, you learn to become more aware of your thoughts, to observe them with kindness. When we are relax in the mind, fresh new energy and creativity can arise.

  • This powerful tool may significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and enhance peace and well-being. Regular meditation practice help to deal with our emotions, canalize the monkey mind, and increase connectivity in the brain.  The body becomes more relaxed, a deeper peace starts to arise within you and slowly transformations happen. Practicing meditation helps to boost your immune system, develop self-esteem, increase respect for yourself and for others.

  • I use special meditation techniques that I learned in India and Bali to help you to go on a deeper meditation journey. The attention is trained to go into deep meditation with the help of various techniques such as Pranayama (breathing techniques), focusing the mind on a particular object, or thought mindfulness activity.

yoga Nidra

  • Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic technique which is derived from the tantras. It’s a very powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. It has been practiced in India by the yogis and the Buddhas for centuries.

Yoga Nidra is the door to the subconscious mind. During the practice of yoga Nidra, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. We turn our attention inward but we stay awake and aware.

  • Yoga Nidra is also often translated as yogic sleep. 30 minutes of yoga Nidra can be equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep.

This ancient technique helps to relax the body, mind and emotional state. When the mind is calm and at peace, we are more receptive to inspiration and to listening to our intuition.

    • improve sleeping habits

    • release tension on mental, emotional and physical levels

    • develop self-awareness and sell-transformation

  • Passionate about the philosophy of yoga and its spiritual approach, I like to shape the session with guided visualisation. The practice of Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way of raising our awareness and developing our self-knowledge. The practice of visualisation during Yoga Nidra is an opportunity to reshape habits, beliefs about what we attract into our lives and allowing to vision our biggest dream.Connecting the guided visualisation with beautiful sounds and vibration to help you immerse yourself in the practice.
