On Wednesday you have the opportunity to join me for a donation-based yoga class at the lululemon boutique in Zurich. An intuitive practice with a mix of Vinyasa and meditation. A perfect occasion to release the tension of the day, get energy from a dynamic flow of Deep House music, and relax with some cool-down posture.
